When I get too cocky about actually being able to design web pages, I like to look at lists like this, which remind me just how awful I am at the actual design side of it.

I know exactly what you mean. It makes me die inside.
csszengarden is another great example.
I have been thinking lately that I need to branch out somewhat with my designs as the past 5 or so web sites I've designed, luckily only 2 are out in the real world (which says a lot about me as a designer), have very similar designs and I'm starting to get bored of it. CSS is such a powerful asset and I hardley use it properly.
